How to Return a Product: If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Once you've received approval for the return, send the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Eligible Items for Return: Items may be returned within 14 days  after delivery,  if items bought are unused, in resellable condition, and have their original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted items (excluding email or in-store promotions)
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during a promotion
  • Items successfully delivered to the customer after 14 days.

Received a Damaged Item: If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos, videos, or other reasonable proof of the damage to the item or packaging.

Exchanges: We allow exchanges for selectable variants, subject to availability in our warehouse. After your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Refund Options: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, if applicable.
